Chad Houser, chef/partner of Parigi Restaurant on Oak Lawn appeared this morning on Fox 4’s Good Day to prepare an Asian Salad and talk about the restaurant’s upcoming appearance at Savor Dallas. They have participated in Savor every year, and this is the 8th year. Chad’s Parigi partner Janice Provost also will appear in Savor’s first time Wine, Women and Lunch, 11:30 am, Sat., March 30th, Milstone Culinary Arts Center on McKinney Ave. This event benefits the Dallas chapter of Les Dames D’Escoffier.
