Chef AQ will join…A Community Cooks, which combines the knowledge of keynote speaker, Will Allen, the CEO of Growing Power and one of Time’s 100 Most Influential People and the diverse talents of the top executive chefs in Dallas.
Each chef will be stationed at various points across the Farm preparing delicious and healthy culinary works of art to be savored by our guests. A Community Cooks celebrates both the accomplishments of the Farm and raises resources for important Farm projects- such as constructing a greenhouse.
Paul Quinn College is a private, faith-based, four-year liberal arts college founded by and affiliated with the African Methodist Episcopal Church. The College was founded in 1872 and is one of the nation’s 110 Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

In the Spring of 2010 Paul Quinn College made the decision to turn their collegiate football field into a 2 acre organic farm that functions as a fully operational agricultural business, having produced over 2200 pounds of fresh food in less than a year, and allowing Paul Quinn students to learn sustainable farming practices.
